The Client
InTouch is a fast developing company which aims to help organisations build and maintain a constructive dialogue with their employees. The company is based in the UK and the Netherlands, and has a partner office in the United States. One of their services, SpeakUp, consists of a comprehensive toolkit to support organizations and their employees who want to eradicate wrongdoing in the workplace. InTouch currently supports a wide range of blue chip clients on national and global programmes.
The Task
With fast turnaround times, InTouch often needs assistance with the translation, transcription and recording of audio files to complete their projects. Thanks to its experience, Comtec is able to translate and record original scripts from English into a number of different languages, and then deliver the finished files to the client in a ready-to-use format. Comtec also deals, in complete confidence, with the transcription and translation into English of the ‘whistle blowing' audio files that are collected by InTouch on behalf of their clients.
