Comtec is delighted to have won the City Link-sponsored Customer Care Award - part of the Telegraph's business awards presented in association with the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber. The award recognises the importance Comtec places on providing the best service to its customers. In a recent survey, all Comtec Translations' customers stated they would recommend the company's services to somebody else. That is just one of the findings in Comtec's latest survey of customer satisfaction. And Comtec's customer retention tends to back that up. The client list includes top Midlands manufacturers such as Dennis Eagle, Dunlop and Jaguar Land Rover - some of whom have had dealings with Comtec for more than 20 years.
Satisfaction with service levels, accuracy and speed of response were among the factors most frequently cited by respondents. The company combines a global network of specialist linguists and the latest IT to provide services which have enabled it to increase its turnover by over 50 per cent in the past 18 months.
"We have managed to retain the qualities of a smaller company by providing a very personal and flexible service," said director Sophie Howe. "At the same time we have exceeded customer expectations by applying a rigorous quality framework to deliver sophisticated, technology-driven translation, website localisation and interpreting services."
"Customer care has always been pivotal to our success, and state-of-the-art technology plays an increasingly important role in keeping service levels high."
Comtec supports a wide range of exporters in maximising their sales overseas. With extensive experience of working with the automotive sector, Comtec currently works with integrated advertising agency Cogent Elliott to deliver translation projects for the automotive giant, Jaguar. Typical of the work Comtec has carried out, the company provides translation support to the Midlands-based flooring products company Amtico, helping to spread the word across Europe. |
